Local Delivery & Pick-up Policy:

At Melody Floral Design, we are committed to providing convenient and reliable local delivery service and pick-up to our valued customers. To ensure the best experience for both sender and recipient, please review our policy:

1. **Order Placement:** Local delivery and Pick-up orders must be placed a minimum of two days in advance of the desired delivery date. This allows us ample time to carefully prepare and coordinate your order for timely delivery.

2. **Delivery Area:** We offer local delivery in Suffolk County and Nassau County (with additional fees). Please inquire with our team to confirm if your delivery address falls within our service area.

3. **Delivery Times:** Deliveries are typically made between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date. While we do our best to accommodate specific time requests, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions and order volume.

4. **Recipient Availability:** It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available to accept the delivery at the specified address during the scheduled delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable, we will make reasonable attempts to contact them or leave the arrangement in a secure location per the sender's instructions.

5. **Delivery Charges:** A delivery fee may apply to all local deliveries, which will be calculated based on the delivery distance and other relevant factors. Please inquire with our team for specific pricing details.

6. **Special Requests:** We understand that every delivery is unique, and we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Whether you have specific delivery instructions or customization preferences, please communicate them to our team at the time of placing your order.

7. **Delivery Confirmation:** Upon successful delivery, we will provide confirmation to the sender via email or phone. In the event of any delivery issues or concerns, please contact us promptly so that we may address them accordingly.

Substitution Policy:

At Melody Floral Design, we strive to provide our customers with the freshest and highest quality flowers for every order. In the event that a specific flower or color requested by the customer is unavailable due to seasonal availability, quality concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.

If substitutions are necessary, our experienced florists will select blooms that closely match the style, color scheme, and overall aesthetic of the original arrangement. Rest assured, we will make every effort to maintain the integrity and beauty of the design.

In cases where a substitution is made, we will inform the customer via phone or email before proceeding with the order. If we are unable to reach the customer for approval within a reasonable time frame, we will proceed with the substitution in order to ensure timely delivery.

If the customer is dissatisfied with the proposed substitution, they may request a refund or credit for the affected portion of their order.
